Who are we ?

Information you provide to us. To process and complete your orders we collect one or more of the following: your name, address, email, delivery address and phone number (optional).

Information collected automatically. We use third party apps & plug ins who collect information like your device type, operating system, pages viewed etc whenever you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal. For example: purchase total amount and billing info. However, financial data is handled exclusively by Paypal – whether you pay using your paypal account or via your debit/credit card. So your financial details are not shared with us. Paypal will share the following data with us so we can fulfil delivery: Name, Email, Address, Phone, City, Postcode, Unique payment identifier, Payment provider identifier. Website

Our website is built using WordPress. WordPress does not access any personal data from our website visitors. Our shop uses the WooCommerce plugin for functionality. It allows us to collect information about you during the checkout process on our website and keeps track of basket contents while you are browsing our site but WooCommerce does not receive or store customer data for itself.

Analytics & Performance

We use apps like Google Analytics to track how our website is performing for our users. Analytics will capture information like – your IP address, country location and other technological identifiers but cannot identify you individually. What do we do with your data ?

We do not share the data you provide directly to us through an order or enquiry with anyone else. We only use your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order or enquiry.

We generally store transaction information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This may include your name, email address, amount and delivery address. These records are kept securely.

What rights do you have over your data ?

You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can ask us to update any data.
